I Thought Texas Was Supposed to Be WARM???
You know...when I heard I was moving to Texas, I thought "OH NO!! More living in an oven!" We have lived in Georgia and Florida and I was kind of hoping for a little cooler weather! Be careful what you wish for! This is what we woke up to yesterday!

I thought so too. This didn't happen last year. I love the warmer winters. I think we earn them with the really really hot summers here.
We must have had a reversal. Here in Utah, we've had below zero weather this week -- & today all this snow is thawing! It's making a mess.

What a pretty shot! I love ice storms. Nasty little things that make winter beautiful. There is just something so pretty about ice dripping off of things. :)
That must of been when I was in UT. Looks cold. It was so nice to come home and just wear a tshirt. I'm from Alaska, and I'm getting used to Texas! Sad but true I think. It was way too cold and dry in UT. I had the humidifier full blast every night with gallons of lotion after showers/bath. with the portable heater at that. no one would go in my room.lol.
