We chose a few small pumpkins on our trip to the Pumpkin Farm and decided painting them would be fun. I kept thinking we would get BIG pumpkins to carve and then time just got away from us while preparing for Steven to go...guess we'll try next year to carve them!

Stevie is deep in thought while deciding what to paint!

My handsome...who has been so patient with his wife who is continually snapping photos of him...I just wanted to capture EVERY memory of him.

Love the green striped one Kimmy!

Missy painting a yellow happy face pumpkin

He turned out pretty cute!

They seemed to have a lot of fun...and my porch didn't even end up in technicolor!

I can't imagine this is a comfortable way to sit??? Yet every picture of him painting he has those LONG legs wrapped in a different awkward position! Maybe a job as a contortionist is the circus is in his future?

Missy choosing more colors to paint her ABSTRACT pumpkins! Gotta love homeschooling...the kids were discussing painting techniques while working! LOL!

Kimmy and her striped pumpkin--it turned out pretty cool! Definately not normal...but then neither are my kids...but then look at their parents...what hope do they have?? Oh well...at least we have FUN!!
